Advantage Technologies B.V.
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the AdvantageEHS website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by Advantage Technologies B.V., Bellemeerstraat 45, 2493 XP The Hague, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KVK 42022538, VAT NL868101746B01.
You can reach us at legal@advantageehs.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover the website and everything on it.
They do not cover the AdvantageEHS platform. Access to the platform is granted under a signed agreement between us and the organisation that subscribes to it. If you use the platform at work, your employer's agreement with us governs that use, not this page.
3. Using the site
You may read the site, use the tools on it, and share what you find here.
Please do not:
use the site in a way that breaks the law
copy, republish or resell our content without asking us first
scrape, crawl or harvest the site or the people named on it
try to interfere with the site, or with anyone else's use of it
present yourself as us, or imply an association that does not exist
We may restrict access if any of that happens.
4. Prices shown on this site
Prices published on this site are a starting point, not an offer. What a subscription actually costs depends on the site being covered, its complexity, and what is agreed. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a quotation, and no contract exists between us until both parties sign one.
5. The cost calculator
The calculator estimates what your current administrative process costs, using figures you type in and an assumption you choose about how much of that administration could be removed.
Its output is an arithmetic result of your own inputs. It is not a forecast, not a promise of a saving, and not a quotation. We have not audited your process, and the reduction figure is yours rather than ours.
If you ask for a copy of your results, we produce it and send it to you. We describe what happens to the details you give us in the privacy policy.
6. The six week pilot
What it is. We configure AdvantageEHS for your site and you run it for six weeks with your own permits, isolations and risk records, using your own team. No subscription starts and none is implied.
What it costs. You pay the implementation fee quoted to you in writing before you commit, and nothing else during the six weeks. That fee pays for configuration work we carry out whether or not you go on to subscribe, so it is not refundable. We will tell you the figure before you agree to anything, and we will not add to it during the pilot.
What happens at the end. Nothing happens automatically. No subscription begins, no renewal is triggered, and there is nothing for you to cancel. If you decide to continue, we agree a subscription separately and in writing, and the configuration work already done carries across to it.
Your records if you do not continue. Everything you enter during the pilot belongs to you. You can export it at any time during the pilot and for thirty days afterwards. We then delete it, including from backups within our normal backup rotation, within ninety days of the pilot ending. If you are still deciding and want us to hold it longer, tell us and we will. We will confirm the deletion in writing if you ask.
When we might say no. We may decline a pilot, or decline to carry one on, where a site falls outside what the service is built for. If that happens we will tell you why rather than leave you guessing.
Everything else still applies. For the six weeks of a pilot, these Terms, our privacy policy and our data processing agreement apply exactly as they would to a paying subscription.
7. Our content and our name
The content of this site, meaning its text, images, layout, code and the arrangement of all of it, belongs to us or is licensed to us.
AdvantageEHS is our name and our mark. Other names and marks on this site belong to whoever owns them, and appear here for identification. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use anyone's mark.
You may quote from the site with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce a substantial part of it, or use it to train a model, without asking.
8. Links to other sites
We link to other sites where they are useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they contain or what they do with your data. A link is not an endorsement.
9. Anything you send us
If you send us a suggestion about the site or the product, we may use it without owing you anything for it. Please do not send us anything confidential through this site. If you have something confidential to discuss, say so and we will arrange a proper route.
10. Availability
We would like the site to be available all the time, and it usually is. We do not promise it. We may take it down for maintenance, change it, or withdraw parts of it, without telling you first.
Nothing in this section applies to the AdvantageEHS platform, whose availability is dealt with in the subscription agreement.
11. Liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that everything on it is accurate, complete or current, and the Disclaimer explains that in more detail.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost business or loss of data.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
This section is about the website. Liability under a subscription is dealt with in the subscription agreement, and those provisions are different.
12. Privacy
We explain what personal data we collect through this site, and why, in the privacy policy. The site uses no cookies and no third-party tracking.
13. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
14. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute goes to the competent court in The Hague, The Netherlands.
If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
