Kunal Bagul

Co-Founder · Product & Technology

Chemical engineer by training. Nineteen years across refinery operations, engineering information management and industrial safety software, eleven of them in product. Began in operations at Reliance Jamnagar, the world’s largest refining complex, implementing process safety management, then built industrial risk platforms at eVision and Enablon for oil and gas, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

At AdvantageEHS he owns the product and the platform behind it, including the agentic AI layer.

Co-Founder · Commerical

Has spent most of his career selling and implementing EHS software to industrial operators, much of it sitting with safety managers working out where legacy products stop matching the job. Ran regional accounts across oil and gas, pharmaceuticals and chemicals at Enablon, then led market expansion across the Middle East and Africa at Cenosco.

At AdvantageEHS he leads customer relationships, partnerships and expansion across Europe.

We are not doing this on our own. A product and engineering team builds alongside us, and a group of advisers who spent their careers running EHS programmes at Tier 1 operators keep us honest about what works on an actual site.
